Location is great, very close to the very central Ferrovia railway station and boat stops, a short walk from the train station and the island across the bridge. Pretty friendly and kind staff during my stay.

The hotel had simply perfect and convenient location not far from the train station, the Jewish ghetto as well as a short walk from the train station. The room with a balcony.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, coffee, a kitchenette, and a kettle. The location was comfortable for exploring this lovely QUIET area, near to a lovely quiet area of Venice and railway station. Went to Piccolo Bar for drink or two, set at a short distance from the hotel.

The room was mind-blowing, with a super cozy bed and all the amenities of a hotel. The location was jaw-droppingly convenient, just 2 minutes from the water boat station. The host provided snacks for breakfast, along with coffee and tea. The accommodation was modern and bright, with a small balcony. Giovanni, the host, was incredibly friendly and gave excellent recommendations. The place was beautifully clean and had a stylish minimalist design. Giovanni even stored my luggage before check-in. The location was perfect, close to all the important spots but in a quiet area. The free wi-fi and air conditioning were great, and I loved the outdoor dining area. No pets were allowed, which was a plus for me as a non-pet person. my stay at this accommodation was fantastic and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful place with spotless rooms and a lovely terrace. Even Giovanni, the host, was nice enough to let me store my bags and gave me recommendations for things to do. Oh, and the airport was conveniently close too.

The sink in the bathroom had a peculiar design - taking forever for the water to flow. But hey, who needs to wash hands quickly, right?

The staff is so helpful and friendly. They even returned my forgotten shower bag. The rooms have Wi-Fi, AC, and an electric kettle. There's an outdoor dining area and luggage storage. Perfect for my city breaks.
